I am a Research Fellow at Geriatric Education and Research Institute, Singapore. My educational background is in sports science, and I previously attained my PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. I strongly believe that exercise is medicine, and my research focuses on advancing equitable implementation of evidence-based exercise prescription to improve population health. My work draws on behavioural and implementation science to bridge the gap between research evidence and real-world practice.

Numbers and data make me tick. This blog documents my personal projects and my learning journey in programming languages such as R and Python. I write about topics that excite me including statistics, data science, data visualisation, coding, and sport science.
